At PartStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase. If a part doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your PartStore account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused parts in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
